We have developed and are refining a variety of products of this sort. Apply this paste to the areas on the metal pieces that will be joined using the brush. Cladding an aluminum silicon alloy with a brazing sheet provides an aluminum alloy that has the thin walls necessary for use in automobile heat exchangers as well as such desirable characteristics as high strength corrosion resistance and formability. Brazing requires less energy than welding and can be used to join dissimilar metals.

A third method of applying brazing filler metal is to use a paste mixture of flux and filler metal powder. Mix a small amount of flux with water to form a paste. Brazing aluminum is a quick and inexpensive option for repairing leaks cracks or holes in aluminum and is often found in air conditioning repairs. When compared to welding equipment aluminum brazing equipment is inexpensive portable and does not require high amounts of voltage.
